Villa Karia in Ortakent / Bodrum / Turkey is a new villa for 2006, and has its own private swimming pool, as well as a shared pool in the small complex.  This small well maintained complex is in a peaceful rural location surrounded by olive and tangerine trees, yet only 900m from the Ortakent beach with its array of seaside restaurants, up market beach clubs, beachside cafes and bars.  Although situated in a quiet location, the complex is only 200m from a grocery market and the local bus stop that is served by a minibus service to Bodrum (20 minutes) and Ortakent beach, if you do not fancy the pleasant countryside walk there.
Villa Karia is furnished to a high standard and is very comfortable and well equipped.  Combining it with Karia Apartments on the same complex could accommodate an even larger group of family and friends.  The villa is approximately a 50 minute drive from Bodrum Int. Airport.

Villa Karia is furnished to a high and comfortable standard.  The ground floor includes a living room with seating for 6 (sofa folds out to double bed), a dining room with seating for 6, a WC (toilet), and a well equipped kitchen.  The kitchen includes a refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, all necessary cookware, as well as dinner, glass and silverware for 10.  The storage closet under the staircase includes a washing machine, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.

The 1st floor includes 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (with bunk beds).  The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.  The 2nd large bathroom has a tub and shower combination, and includes a hair dryer.  Bed linen and towels are included.

 

All bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned, but all windows have mosquito nets.  There are large furnished terraces on both floors that overlook the private pool and large private gardens.  The villa has a parking space, and car hire is recommended.
